Payments and Waivers

All payments and waivers must be made/filled out prior to the start of the session. 

Failure to submit payment/waiver prior to the start of the session will result in an inability to play until payment is made. 

All payments can be made through Venmo, or Cash App 

All waivers should be filled out here or in the form below
