League Overview
- 12 team league with a 9 Game guarantee
- 8 regular season games
- 1 playoff game
Playoff Format:
- A and B division bracket
- A division - consists of seeds 1 through 6
- B division - consists of seeds 7 through 12
Eligibility Rules:
- Must play in at least 3 games to be eligible for playoffs
- Must play in at least 5 games to be eligible for regular season awards

- MVP
- OPOY (Offensive Player of the Year)
- DPOY (Defensive Player of the Year)
- ROTY (Rookie of the Year)
- The Rodman (Best Rebounder)
- Mr. Hustle (Hustle Award)
All games are filmed and posted in here and on the league's YouTube page.
Each week the person to have the most impactful week will be awarded the player of the week award and have a highlight reel posted to the social media pages and website.

Uniform Rules:
Fees:
- Two 20-minute running clock halves
- Stops last minute of the 1st half and last 2 minutes of the second half
- 3 timeouts per game with a maximum of 2 timeouts that can be used in a half
- Timeouts advance the ball to halfcourt so long as the ball is not attempted to be advanced prior
- Fouls:
- 6 personal fouls per player
- 7 team fouls results in 1 and 1
- 10 team fouls result in 2 shots
Overtime rules
- ELAM Ending
- First to 5 points
Uniform Rules:
- Game jerseys must be worn
- If jerseys are not worn, the team will be assessed a technical foul resulting in 2 free throws and possession of the ball at the start of the game
Fees:
- Referee fees:
- Both teams are responsible for referee fees
- Referee fees are $40 and must be paid in cash prior to the game starting
- League fees:
- Due prior to the first week of play.
- If you do not pay prior to the first week you will forfeit until payment is made
